01.2010

New Vision Agency for Media and Advertising was established as a leading agency in Upper Egypt, particularly in South Qena, Luxor, and Aswan.

2016

02.2016

Fahd Arafat began his entrepreneurial journey after leaving Jotun as a senior account manager. He started his first company, EHB, focusing on travel services. Early in the same year, Ziad Arafat and Mohamed El Asamey joined him, strengthening the foundation for future ventures.

2021

03.2021

Kamel Abdullatif joined the group and, together with Fahd, Ziad, and Mohamed, they created Quick Booking, specializing in hotel accommodations for business travelers in the USA.

2022

AHG expanded its portfolio by establishing Creative Basket for Advertising and Marketing Services, specializing in media production, outsourcing, and supporting business travelers

2023

05.2023

The group continued to grow with the creation of On Call Solution, followed by Expo Way, Expo Capital, On Peak and Eventique, further diversifying their service offerings.

2024

AHG Holding was established to manage its subsidiaries, with a mission to identify and invest in promising businesses with strong growth potential. The company further expanded its global presence by opening an office in Dubai, complementing its existing locations in the UK, USA, and Egypt.
